Step 01
Pre-Inspection Process
Every order is different. We take the time to understand your unique requirements to make sure we’re looking for the right things.
Any quality control agent can spot obvious irregularities, but by following our pre-inspection process, we’ll also identify more precise manufacturing issues.
As part of our pre-inspection process, our team works with you to develop a comprehensive “hit-list” to know exactly what to look for.
Things can go wrong with mass production, so it’s important that we catch things well before you make a balance payment and the goods leave the factory.
Step 02
Quality Control Inspection
Many suppliers promise the world… and don’t deliver.
Our team conducts a rigorous quality control inspection of your order to prevent any “nasty surprises”.
Once we’ve completed the pre-inspection process, we carry out the inspection at the factory. Our team visits the factory directly, and we’re on the lookout for not only issues with the order, but also how the factory manages its production.
We look for discrepancies between the materials supplied and what was ordered, we’ll assess whether there’s been any unauthorised use of materials, and we’ll make sure proper manufacturing standards are being adhered to.
Step 03
Factory Quality Control Inspection Report
Before approving your order for shipment, we’ll provide you with an extensive overview of our findings.
We produce a full report afterwards outlining all the issues we’ve found. The multi-page report you receive is extremely detailed, and it helps you identify whether the issues are serious enough to cause problems with the order.
If there are any issues that need your attention, we’ll schedule a call for you to discuss them with you in more detail.
Until our team gives you the ‘thumbs up’ on your order, you won’t make a balance payment. Simple as that.
