I have been dealing with the Australian importing Company since May 2019. They have from the very start been professional, transparent, informative and accommodating.

They made the entire process easy. We started with a brief scope of what I needed and then I left it to them to find prototypes.

We then received a sample and gave feedback until we came to the final product. We asked for the AIC to do the quality control in China and work with the shipper.

For someone like me who was so new to important, AIC was by our side the entire way through and made us so comfortable with everything.
